Matters needing attention:
1, in order to achieve exceptionally low output speed, can be achieved by connecting two gear reducer. When using this drive scheme, the power of the configurable motor must depend on the ultimate output torque of the reducer, but the output torque of the reducer cannot be calculated with the power of the motor.
2, SEW reducer should be firmly installed on a stable foundation or base, the oil in the tank should be removed, cooling air circulation should be smooth. Unreliable foundations can cause vibration and noise during operation and damage bearings and gears. Protection should be considered when drive couplings are protruded or driven by gears and sprockets. When the output bearing is subjected to a large radial load, it should be strengthened.
