The principle of this kind of reducer is:
1. Reduce the speed while increasing the output torque of the gear reduction motor. The torque output ratio shall be multiplied by the motor output by the reduction ratio, but it shall not exceed the rated torque of the reducer.
2. Reduce the inertia of the load while decelerating, and the reduction of inertia is the square of the reduction ratio. Usually motors have inertia values.

The reduction motor needs stable voltage; The specification is consistent with its design specification; No damage and oil leakage on the appearance; The fixed base is not loose; Put in lubricating grease and do not change the lubricating oil for 12000 hours; The current shall not exceed the current value indicated on the nameplate of the motor reducer; Pay attention to the surrounding temperature, humidity, pH and other problems; Correct installation, maintenance or operation; Confirm that the installation parts and transmission accessories are fixed; The motor reducer needs grounding wire.
