Try to select a reduction ratio close to the ideal: reduction ratio = servo motor speed / reducer output shaft speed; Torque calculation: torque calculation is very important for the service life of special-shaped reducer, and pay attention to whether the maximum torque value (TP) of acceleration exceeds the maximum load torque of reducer.
The selection of general special-shaped reducer includes the steps of putting forward the original premise, selecting the type, determining the specification and so on. In contrast, the type selection is relatively simple, and correctly providing the working condition premise of the reducer and grasping the design, manufacturing and use characteristics of the reducer are the hub for the accurate and fair selection of specifications of the general reducer. The specification selection shall meet the premise of strength, heat balance, bearing radial load at the shaft extension part, etc.
Select specifications (strength check) according to mechanical power or torque. The biggest difference between the design and selection method of general reducer and special reducer is that the former is applicable to various industries, but the deceleration can only be designed according to a specific working condition. Therefore, when selecting, users need to consider different correction coefficients according to their respective requirements, and the factory should select the electric power according to the actual electric power (not the rated power of the reducer); the latter is designed according to the special premise of the user. The coefficient to be considered has generally been considered in the design. When selecting, as long as the use power is less than the rated power of the reducer, the method is relatively simple.
