1. Gear reducer

2. Worm gear reducer

4. Planetary reducer

The main transmission structure of planetary reducer is: planetary gear, sun gear and inner ring gear. The internal gear of planetary reducer adopts 20CrMnTi carburizing, quenching and gear grinding. Planetary reducer has the characteristics of power split and multi tooth meshing. It is a new reducer with wide universality. The input power can reach 104kw. The disadvantage is that the price is slightly expensive.
5. Cycloidal pinwheel reducer
Cycloid pin gear reducer is a transmission model based on the principle of cycloid pin tooth meshing planetary transmission. It is an ideal transmission device. It has many advantages, has a wide range of uses, and can run forward and backward. It can achieve high reduction ratio of 1:87 and high efficiency single-stage transmission of more than 90%. If multistage transmission is adopted, the reduction ratio is greater. The reduction ratio of primary transmission is 9 ~ 87, the reduction ratio of dual transmission is 121 ~ 5133, and the multi-level combination can reach tens of thousands. Moreover, the needle tooth meshing system has sleeve rolling friction, and the meshing surface has no relative sliding, so the primary reduction efficiency reaches 94%.
