Rotor mechanical imbalance: the imbalance mentioned here refers to the imbalance under the condition of rotor stop and rolling. The rotor violates the axis and deflects and oscillates abnormally under the effect of centrifugal force.
Loose rotor parts: some parts of the motor rotor, commutator, magnetic pole, belt pulley, etc., and planetary reducer will also have these loose conditions after being used for a long time. Generally, there will be noise in the rotor under this condition. If these conditions occur, it is better to deal with them as soon as possible. The results will become more and more serious due to a long time.
