Fault handling of reducer?
Safety first, pay attention to timely inspection and maintenance,
1. You can go to the repair shop to check the specific faults and find professional maintenance personnel to check them.
2. It is recommended to operate and maintain according to the maintenance manual. Regularly maintain the car owner. It's OK to change the oil every kilometer. Some vehicles will be prompted.
3. Go to the corresponding 4S store or a designated large professional repair shop for service. In this way, the quality is guaranteed and the after-sales service will be of a high standard.
Gear reducer maintenance: what are the skills of reducer maintenance?
1. The oil shall be changed for the first time, the quality of the oil shall be checked regularly in future use, and the oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated shall be replaced in time. In general, for the reducer that works continuously for a long time, the new oil shall be replaced according to the operating hours or once a year. For the reducer that has been out of service for a long time, the new oil shall also be replaced before re operation. The reducer shall be filled with oil of the same brand as the original, and shall not be mixed with oil of different brands. Oil of the same brand but different viscosity is allowed to be mixed;
2. When changing the oil, wait until the reducer cools down and there is no danger of combustion, but keep it warm, because after complete cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and it is difficult to drain the oil. Note: cut off the power supply of the transmission device to prevent inadvertent power on;
3. During operation, when the oil temperature rise exceeds 80 ℃ or the oil pool temperature exceeds ℃ and abnormal noise is generated, it shall be stopped, the causes shall be checked, the faults must be eliminated, and the operation can be continued only after the lubricating oil is replaced;
4. The user shall have reasonable use and maintenance rules and regulations, carefully record the operation of the reducer and the problems found in the inspection, and the above provisions shall be strictly implemented. The selection of lubricating grease is based on the bearing load of traveling reducer. When selecting lubricating grease, the grease with small penetration shall be selected for heavy load. When working under high pressure, in addition to small penetration, it also has high oil film strength and extreme pressure function. When selecting grease according to the environmental premise, calcium based grease is not easy to dissolve in water and is suitable for dry and less moisture environment. When selecting lubricating grease according to the working temperature, the main indicators shall be drip point, oxidation stability and low-temperature function. The drip point can generally be used to evaluate the high-temperature function, and the actual working temperature of the bearing shall be 10-20 ℃ lower than the drip point. The service temperature of synthetic grease shall be 20-30 ℃ lower than the dropping point.
Different lubricating oils shall not be mixed with each other. The positions of oil level plug, oil drain plug and breather are determined by the installation position.
Oil level check:
1. Cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock. Wait for the reducer to cool down;
2. Remove the oil level plug and check whether the oil is full;
3. Install the oil level plug.
Oil inspection:
1. Cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock. Wait for the reducer to cool down;
2. Open the oil drain plug and take an oil sample;
3. Check the viscosity index of the oil: if the oil is obviously turbid, it is recommended to replace it as soon as possible;
4. For reducer with oil level plug: check whether the oil level is qualified; Install the oil level plug.
Oil replacement:
After cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and it is difficult to drain the oil. The reducer should change the oil at the operating temperature.
1. Cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock. Wait until the reducer cools down and there is no danger of combustion;
Note: the reducer shall remain warm during oil change;
2. Place an oil pan under the oil drain plug;
3. Open the oil level plug, breather and drain plug;
4. Drain all oil;
5. Install the oil drain plug;
6. Inject new oil of the same brand;
7. The oil quantity shall be consistent with the installation position;
8. Check the oil level at the oil level plug;
9. Tighten the oil level plug and breather.
