When the transmission efficiency of worm gear reducer is relatively low, the friction is more serious. In the process of worm gear and worm bite for transmission, the sliding is relatively fast, so the loss is relatively large and the energy efficiency is relatively weak.
In addition, the relatively high sliding speed leads to serious tooth surface friction and constant heating. In order to prevent heating and reduce the loss caused by friction, materials with higher price, better friction reduction performance and better anti friction ability and materials with advantages in lubrication are often selected, but the cost is high.
