With the development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the reducer manufacturing industry occupies an important position in the social economy. The development of the reducer industry plays a protective role for the social economy. Especially at this stage, the rapid development of the reducer industry intensifies the consumption of raw materials for the reducer, accounting for a large proportion of the loss of natural resources in China.
The data investigation of material load type selection shows that the main reason for the failure of most high-power reducer parts is due to the poor external load performance of the parts. When selecting the design materials of high-power reducer, it is very important to select the materials with correct load. How to select them can refer to the following two methods:
1. The external load force can make the material of high-power reducer bend and twist, and most of the force is concentrated on the surface of the material. In other words, the performance of material surface will inhibit the failure of material parts. Therefore, when selecting materials, the materials are usually processed by means of carbon steel quenching and tempering and low steel carburizing, which can effectively prevent unnecessary damage to the materials of high-power reducer;
2. When selecting the design materials of high-power reducer, try to select the materials with uniform performance distribution in each part, so as to ensure the stability and efficiency of the design and production process.
