The lubrication of reducer is a very important part of it. Whether planetary reducer, gear reducer or turbine reducer, it is inseparable from the lubrication of maintenance reducer. The transmission of cycloid pin gear reducer generally adopts fixed time lubrication, in which the lubricant of reducer can be lubricating oil or grease. Different reducers have different lubrication conditions, and different cycloidal pinwheel reducers are also different.
When the circumferential speed of cycloidal pinwheel reducer is greater than 12m per second, oil injection lubrication shall be used. When it is more than or equal to 25m per second, the nozzle can be located on the meshing edge or whistle out edge of the gear teeth; When it is more than twenty-five meters per second, the nozzle shall be located on the side of the gear teeth, so as to cool in time and lubricate the gear teeth at the same time. The lubrication method of general closed gear reducer transmission is determined according to the circumferential speed of the gear. When the circumferential speed of the gear is less than 12 meters per second, immerse the large gear in oil for lubrication. When the gear works, it can evenly bring the lubricating oil to the tooth surface and throw the oil onto the box wall for heat dissipation. The depth of the gear immersed in the oil can be determined by the circumferential speed of the gear. Cylindrical gears are usually less than the tooth height, but generally they should also be greater than 10mm; Bevel gears shall be immersed in the full tooth width, at least half of the tooth width.
The amount of oil in the oil pool depends on the power transmitted by the gear. For single-stage transmission, 0.35 ~ 0.7lo oil is required for each kilowatt of power transmitted. For multi-stage transmission, the oil demand is multiplied by stages.
