Oil cover / breather, mainly used to exhaust the gas in the case of worm gear reducer;
The end cover is divided into large end cover and small end cover. The end cover is used to fix the axial position of shafting components and bear axial load. Both ends of bearing seat hole are closed with bearing cover;
Oil seal; It is mainly used to prevent the leakage of lubricating oil inside the chassis and improve the service time of lubricating oil;
The oil drain plug is mainly used for draining dirty oil and cleaning oil when replacing lubricating oil;
The oil standard cover is mainly used to observe whether the oil inside the case of the worm gear reducer meets the standard;
The main functions of worm reducer are:
1. Reduce the speed and increase the output torque at the same time. The torque output ratio shall be multiplied by the motor output by the reduction ratio, but pay attention not to exceed the rated torque of the reducer.
2. Deceleration also reduces the inertia of the load, which is the square of the reduction ratio. You can see that general motors have an inertia value.
