When the circumferential speed of the gear of the reducer is greater than 12m / s, oil injection lubrication shall be adopted, that is, the oil shall be supplied by the oil pump or the central oil supply station at a ~ fixed pressure, and the lubricating oil shall be sprayed onto the meshing table of the gear teeth through the nozzle. When v ≤ 25m / s, the nozzle can be located at the meshing edge or whistle out edge of the gear teeth; When v > 25m / s, the nozzle shall be located on the side of the gear teeth, so as to timely cool the newly meshed gear teeth with lubricating oil and lubricate the gear teeth at the same time.
The lubrication method of general closed gear reducer transmission is determined according to the circumferential speed of the gear. When the circumferential speed V of the gear is less than 12m / s, the teeth of the large gear are often immersed in the oil ground for oil immersion lubrication. In this way, when the gear is driving, the lubricating oil is brought to the meshing tooth surface, and the oil is also thrown onto the box wall to dissipate heat. The depth of the gear immersed in the oil depends on the circumferential speed of the gear. For cylindrical gears, it is usually not more than one tooth height, but generally it shall not be less than 10mm; Bevel gears shall be immersed in the full tooth width, at least half of the tooth width. The amount of oil in the oil pool depends on the power transmitted by the gear. For single-stage transmission, the oil demand is about 0.35 ~ 0.7lo for each transmission of IKW power. For multi-stage transmission, the oil demand is multiplied by stages.
