It is very important when installing the device. The wrong device will affect the work efficiency and easily present faults. How to install the servo reducer correctly?
1： Before the installation, confirm whether the motor and reducer are intact, and strictly check whether the dimensions of each part connected between the motor and reducer match. Here are the dimensions and matching tolerances of the positioning boss of the motor, the input shaft and the reducer groove.
2： Unscrew the screw on the dust-proof hole outside the reducer flange, adjust the PCS system clamping ring to align its side hole with the dust-proof hole, pierce into the hexagon socket and tighten it. Then, remove the motor shaft key.
3： Connect the motor and reducer naturally. During connection, it is necessary to ensure that the concentricity of the reducer output shaft and the motor input shaft is consistent, and the outer flanges of the two are parallel. If the concentricity is inconsistent, the motor shaft will be broken or the reducer gear will be worn.
Here's a hint: it is strictly forbidden to hit the device with a hammer to avoid excessive axial or radial force damaging the bearing or gear. Be sure to tighten the device bolts before tightening the force bolts. Before the installation, wipe the antirust oil of the motor input shaft, positioning boss and the connecting part of the reducer with gasoline or sodium zinc water. The intention is to ensure the tightness of connection and flexibility of operation, and to avoid unnecessary wear and tear.
